Trainee in legal department

What will be your responsibilities:

Analysis and summarization of case-law and legal literature;

Carrying out inquiries on claim and warrant proceedings and execution cases;

Preparation of various documents in the field of civil law;

Preparation of legal opinions;

Participation in the administrative and organizational activities of the company;

What kind of professional do we need:

Completed second year in law university specialty;

Good level of English - written and spoken;

MS Office skills;

Ability to work in a team and independently;

Desire for development and improvement in the field of civil law;

Self-organization, flexibility and adaptability;

Excellent communication skills;

Financial Controller

What will be your responsibilities:

Preparation of company’s annual financial plan;

Control over the implementation of company's business plan;

Management and control over the company's assets;

Management and control over the processes of invoicing and collection of receivables;

Management and control over the payment process;

Support and cooperation in preparation of company’s investment projects;

Support and cooperation in tender procedures and contractors agreements with customers, suppliers, etc.

What kind of professional do we need:

We require a master’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

Excellent command of MS Office;

Excellent knowledge of regulations in the field of accounting, finance and tax control;

Very good level of written and spoken English;

Ability to work in a team and independently; ability to work under pressure, flexibility and adaptability; analytical and logical thinking, excellent communication skills.
