The Executive Director of Vestitel, Valentin Velichkov, was elected a Vice-chairman of the Management Board of the Society for Electronic Communications (SEC) at the regular annual general meeting of the organization.

SEC is a branch organization of the leading alternative telecom operators in Bulgaria, whose mission is to create and develop an equal competitive and non-discriminatory market in the field of electronic communications. The association actively defends the neutrality of the networks and the rights of the users for open and full use of the Internet, as well as the wider spread and application of the latest achievements in the field of telecommunications.
