Valentin Velichkov is CEO and Member of the Board of Vestitel effective January 2017. He has previously served as Financial Director (since 2013) and Procurator of the company (since 2016).

Prior to joining Vestitel, Valentin Velichkov has served as CEO of Generous Auto (2012-2013) and as Managing Director for Bulgaria and North Macedonia of the forth largest car rental company in the United States - Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group (2009-2012).

In his career he has held various management positions from Financial Analyst and Chief Accountant in the field of international transport to Chief Financial Officer and Manager of real estate project development companies.

Valentin Velichkov holds a master's degree in Accounting and Control from University of National and World Economy, Sofia.

Deian Georgiev is Deputy CEO of Vestitel since 2021. He has nearly fifteen years of experience in the energy sector as a designer, engineer, consultant and manager.

Prior to joining Vestitel, Deian Georgiev has served as Project manager at Overgas Networks, leading the gas metering process and the project for implementation of smart metering systems.

Deian Georgiev holds a bachelor's degree in Energetics and a master's degree in Gas Engineering and Management from Technical University, Sofia.

Georgi Ivanov has been working at Vestitel since 2005. He has over twenty years of experience in telecommunications, having held various positions at Vestitel and BTC in charge of design, operation and maintenance of telecommunication networks.

Georgi Ivanov holds a master's degree in Electronic Engineering and Microelectronics from Technical University, Sofia and numerous certificates in the field of telecommunications, including ZXSS10 Series/ ZXR10 GER / ZXR10 E&G (ZTE University, Shenzhen, China), O&M 1660SM – REL. 4.4 (Alcatel University, Italia).

Senior Manager, Network Construction and Development

Hristo Valkov has been working at Vestitel since 2006. He has nearly ten years of experience in construction and development of ducts, optical and wireless telecommunication networks.

At Vestitel, Hristo Valkov has led the implementation of numerous infrastructure projects for construction of optical networks of A1, Telenor, BTC, Bulsatcom and other customers of the company.

Hristo Valkov graduated from Technical University, Sofia with a specialty in computer technology.

Veselin Valchanov has been working at Vestitel since 2011. He has over fifteen years of experience in the construction and maintenance of optical networks at Vestitel, Communications Construction and Restoration SOE (DPSSV), Telelink and other companies in the industry.

Veselin Valchanov graduated from High College of Telecommunications and Posts, Sofia with a specialty in telecommunication systems.

Yavor Enev

Head of Wholesale

Yavor Enev has been working at Vestitel since 2015. He has nearly fifteen years of experience in telecommunications, having held various positions in regulations and international wholesale at Vestitel and BTC.

Yavor Enev holds a master's degree in Finance from Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University (Sofia) and AUPELF UREF (Montreal).

Eleonora Pavlova is currently Head of Business Sales at Vestitel since 2010, having previously been part of company's team between 2004 and 2009. She has nearly fifteen years of experience in telecommunications, having held various positions in sales at Vestitel, PowerNet and BTC.

Eleonora Pavlova graduated from Technical University, Ruse with a specialty in electronics.
