Executive Assistant

Job summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality. This role plays a critical part in facilitating communication and ensuring the CEO’s focus on high-level priorities.

What will be your responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting needs;

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication;

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and decision-making;

Conduct research and prepare background materials to support the CEO’s initiatives and strategic goals;

Assist in the preparation and execution of board and executive team meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking;

Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity;

Coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, including follow-ups and tracking progress;

Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when appropriate;

Help maintain an efficient office environment and manage office supplies and resources as needed.

What kind of professional do we need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools;

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills;

Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Management and control over the processes of invoicing and collection of receivables;

Management and control over the payment process;

Support and cooperation in preparation of company’s investment projects;

Support and cooperation in tender procedures and contractors agreements with customers, suppliers, etc.

What kind of professional do we need:

We require a master’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

Excellent command of MS Office;

Excellent knowledge of regulations in the field of accounting, finance and tax control;

Very good level of written and spoken English;

Ability to work in a team and independently; ability to work under pressure, flexibility and adaptability; analytical and logical thinking, excellent communication skills.
